Standards for Satisfactory Completion of course

Attendance of at least 80% of the 75 hour course of study
in the following areas:

Property rights (9 hrs)
ü
Contracts and other property instruments (12 hrs)
ü
Leases and landlord-tenant relations (6 hrs)
ü
Mortgages and other liens (12 hrs)
ü
Business opportunity sales (2 hrs)
ü
The law of agency (12 hrs)
ü
Appraising (2 hrs)
ü
License Act and Regulations (9 hrs)
ü
Other state, Federal and municipal laws and regulations (5
hrs)
ü
Sales person duties and pitfalls in the real estate business
(3 hrs)
ü
Quizzes and final examination (3 hrs)

A passing grade of 70% on the final examination

Full tuition payment
Issuance of School Certificate

Upon satisfactory completion of the course, a Certificate
of Completion will be awarded
-
Student will also be provided with an application for the
state examination
Conditions for Dismissal
-
Should a student become disruptive during class hours, the
student shall be provided a warning letter
-
If the disorderly behavior continues, the Director will
dismiss the student without refund of tuition
Conditions for Reinstatement
-
An applicant will be considered for reinstatement, if
after six months, the student promises to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
